Refund policy

At Notebook Weekly, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included

  • The item is not listed as a clearance or final-sale product (these are non-returnable)

To start a return, contact us at .... with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and a brief description of the issue

  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method (PayFast, EFT, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance/flash-sale items marked "Final Sale"

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
